Return & Refund Policy

At EquineGearChoice, we take pride in offering quality clothing and accessories made just for you. Each product is created through a print-on-demand process, meaning every item is unique and produced only after your order is placed.

Because of this, returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer selects the wrong size, color, or changes their mind after purchase.

However, if you receive a damaged item or notice a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right. You may request a free replacement or a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To report an issue, please contact us through our “Submit Issue” form and include a clear photo showing the problem. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Please Note

  • Incorrect size or color selections, or change-of-mind returns are not eligible for refunds or reprints.

  • For unsuccessful deliveries (e.g., wrong address, unclaimed package), you can request a reprint at an additional cost or receive a partial refund.

  • For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printed products, a 0.5-inch variation in print placement is within acceptable manufacturing standards and will not be considered a defect.
